Immersed in the stunning scenery of Capri, you'll begin your hands-on cooking class right on board. Angela will teach you how to make fresh pasta and a traditional sauce, just like a true Italian. You'll also create one of the island's signature dishes: a classic Caprese salad, prepared with ripe tomatoes, mozzarella, fragrant basil, and our finest extra virgin olive oil.

Would you like to make your culinary experience even more authentic?
Before the cooking class, we can organize a short fishing session in the waters around Capri. Mediterranean sea is rich of snapper, squid, and octopus, which we can later cook together during your onboard lesson. In the afternoon, we’ll complete the tour of Capri, visiting enchanting spots like the White Grotto, the impressive Natural Arch, and the romantic Lovers’ Grotto.
There will also be time for a swimming stop in the turquoise waters surrounding the island. If you love snorkeling, just ask for the equipment —it's an experience you won’t forget!
Back on the boat, you can relax in the sun and enjoy the final moments of this unforgettable adventure. Our tour ends after approximately 7 hours, with your return to Sorrento in the afternoon. Before saying goodbye, We’ll end the day with a cheers to your incredible experience... and your brand new cooking skills!
